The International Production and Processing Expo 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia, attracted more than 31.000 attendees on over 50.000sqm of exhibit space. Visitors from all over the world were keen to look at new products and concepts of over 1.200 exhibitors. Displayed were the most current technologies in equipment, supplies and services used by industry companies in the production and processing of poultry meat, eggs and feed products. Numerous companies highlighted their new products with all phases from live production and processing to further processing and packaging.

The wide variety of educational programs complimented the exhibits by keeping industry management informed about the late issues and events ranging from packaging trends and technologies, to fee production education, to research on poultry disease, quality and behavior.

Ovotherm had again a very well visited booth that was manned by CEO Franz Hofer and his team consisting of Octavio and Raoul Gomez, who took good care of the Spanish speaking clients, Petra Küblböck, Walter Schleining, Manuel Pratscher as well as Senior Partner Willi Kallhammer. The Ovotherm stand attracted visitors from around the world, of course mainly from North and South America but also from Africa, Europe and Asia, who were shown the latest concepts in Egg Marketing using the environmentally most friendly clear egg packs made 100% of recycled PET drinks bottles.

After the Show is before the Show: Next year, with the Super Bowl coming to Atlanta, the IPPE dates have been moved to February 12 to 14, 2019.
