The metamorphosis from PET drinks bottles to egg packs

Our environment friendly and exceptionally successful project R-PET was initiated because of ecological and economical reasons, thereby reducing waste and cost. Our glass clear R-PET packs have been approved as safe food packaging by health ministries including FDA. The collected PET bottles are being ground up, washed an separated from paper and other foreign objects by their high density.

These flakes are extruded in a unique patented way into a 100% food safe film which is thermoformed on high-speed equipment especially designed for Ovotherm.

The industrial waste from cutting the thermoformed packs out of the film is completely returned back to extrusion for reuse.

Decoration of our PET packs with labels is tailormade for our clients and applied to packs on special equipment.
