Mr. Franz Hofer was born in Vienna in 1963. After graduation from University for Business
and Economics he worked 13 years for Philips in various international functions.

He joined Ovotherm in 2002. As CEO he is positioning the company as THE professional industrial supplier to the egg industry. Sustainability in customer relations, in passion for the business and the environmental approach of Ovotherm is the main focus of his assignement.

Mr Willi N. Kallhammer born in Vienna had a marketing and sales education at Vienna University and Ford Europe. 1969 he got involved in the development of Ovotherm clear egg packaging worldwide creating successful egg marketing and merchandising concepts. His global connections and engagement in the International Egg Commission made him Chairman and currently "Global Ambassador" of this organisation as well as bearer of the prestigious Dennis Wellstead award.
At Ovotherm he is Senior Partner and advisor helping to coordinate the international sales and marketing activities.
His motto: Success is based on innovation, investments and most important on a dedicated team which actually has built Ovotherm since 1965 to become the market leader for clear eggpackaging . Born in 1971 she joined Ovotherm in 2005. Her main areas of responsibility include Purchasing, Sales in key markets, the evaluation of internal and external performance and all issues related to the topic of environmental sustainability. On her agenda is also the set-up and coordination of Ovotherm's industrial joint venture in Latin America.

Born in 1955 Mr. Fürbach joined Ovotherm in 2005. His major role as CFO of the Ovotherm Group is the coordination of all our subsidiaries in the various countries. Providing the whole team with accurate data on our business performance, keeping the information flow towards our financial partners and managing our cash and foreign exchange balance are his main targets.

Next to Willi Kallhammer Walter Schleining has been working the majority of his professional life for the egg industry. His main responsibility within Ovotherm is the innovation and evolution of our products. Being one of the interlinks to the egg grading machine manufacturers he continuously tries to improve the machineability and the cost competitiveness of our product range.

Born in 1955 he graduated as a master toolmaker. After various technical assignments he now has been working for more than 10 years for Ovotherm. His full understanding of the packaging machines at our customers enable us to further improve the performance of our products. He assists our customers and the sales team on implementing new products. Being the major link between product management and the tool makers his responsibility is the realization of our new products.
