UN Global Compact
2009 Ovotherm became a member of the UN global compact obliging us to 10 rules to protect our employees, the environment and the general social behavior of the company. Currently around 20 companies in Austria are also members.
CIES - The Food Business Forum
is a unique, truly international food business network, strategically placed at the interface between retailers and suppliers. Membership, which is on a company basis, is by invitation only and is made up of more than 200 major food retailing companies drawn from 50 countries and an equal number of their suppliers world-wide.
Egg Nutrition Center (ENC)
established in 1984 for the purpose of providing commercial egg producers and processors, health promotion agencies, and consumers with a resource for scientifically accurate information on egg nutrition and the role of eggs in the health and nutrition of the American diet.
International Egg Commission (IEC)
The IEC is about people in the egg world - people sharing ideas and aspirations, people sharing problems and experiences, and people working together for the common good of the egg industry. Ovotherm are representatives for Austria in the IEC. Mr. Willi Kallhammer (senior partner) is President of the IEC.
