As a globally working enterprise we are obliged to environment protection and the sensible use of natural ressources and energy. Because of this, we installed several measures, which are most important for the environment protection and are already very successful.

Recycling and closed cycle

Ovotherm clear egg packs are produced in a closed cycle and can be 100% recycled.

An offical study about comparative environmental assessment of egg packaging options and the Carbon Footprint show that our clear egg packs are at least nearly equal to paper packs. In addition, there is no need to pollute or waste water.

Why Ovotherm?

Consumers like environmentally friendly packaging – and so do we! Therefore our products are made of PS and R-PET of 100% recycled drinks bottles and are all recyclable again.
