Colefax Chocolates was established 1989 in Australia, but the success story started in 1998 when Peter and Lisa Lee purchased the business. Colefax Chocolates combine the traditional European techniques of chocolate creation with a modern flair of flavour and design .They are the leaders in handmade chocolates. Over the past 8 years alone, Colefax Chocolates has received over 130 industry awards for product excellence.
Because all the chocolates are handmade, the productrange is enormous. Only for Easter, more than 30 articles can be bought. Their latest creations are incredibly good tasting chocolate eggs (white and brown chocolate with changing decorations) packed in Ovotherm's crystal clear egg packs for 6 and 12 eggs. The reason is "clear": These beautiful eggs have to be seen before they are enjoyed!
Walter Kuhn from Kuhn Corp works since many years very successfully as partner of Ovotherm in Oceania, introducing clear egg packs from Australia to the surrounding island states like New Caledonia. He has all the contacts to the important egg people and supermarkets- and now also to the Chocolate producers!
