Supermarket brands in Hungary prefer clear egg packaging!

More and more supermarkets are established in Hungary. Not only in the capital Budapest but also in smaller towns are supermarket chains like Tesco, Spar and Gyermely (a local chain) building new stores. As customers are not interested in the best price for the products they buy, they also want to check the quality without opening the pack!
Tesco was the first to use Ovotherm clear egg packs for their own brand- the Tesco Value eggs. 2009 also Spar started to pack their S-Budget eggs in Ovotherm packs for 10 eggs: Supersell 1x10, natural, with the distinctive S-Budget label.
The local supermarktchain Gyermely is also using Supersell 1x10, natural, with a colourful print on top of the pack.
Other companies are following these examples: Gyermei Tojas Kft. have started with their own brand and most recently also Farm Tojas Kft created their own brand. Of course: all these eggs are packed in Ovotherm and these new projects of our clients are on the best way to become a huge success in the market!
