Congratulations to Glenrath!
The prestigious award for „Business solutions in egg selling“ was received by John Campbell OBE on behalf of Glenrath Farms in Scottland. Their concept to combine the advantages of the returnable shipper system at Tesco and the transparent egg packs from Ovotherm with their high quality eggs reduced wastage from 2% to 0,2%. The jury found this to be an overwhelming reason for giving the 2006 British Egg Award in this category to Glenrath Farms.
