Apply nowYour tasks:
- Quality Inspection: Carry out IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) for all processes in production (i.e extrusion, thermoforming and labelling). Identifying defects and ensuring standards and specifications compliance. To maintain the Quality Judgement Criteria at every work station.
- Measuring & Testing: Using dedicated devise to test whether snap lock on egg packs are closing & opening well, using pressure gauge to test strength of egg packs, using callipers to check thickness of foils, using moisture analyser to test in-coming flakes.
- Recording & Capturing IPQC Data in Microsoft Dynamics
- Live Posting of Production Output (Extrusion & Thermoforming) in Microsoft Dynamics
- Improving: Make recommendations and provide ideas to drive improvement in quality assurance. To ensure that the Kaizen principle is practised
- Calibration: To ensure calibration of all internal measuring equipment
- Monitoring & Complying: Monitoring and ensuring that FSSC and Health & Safety requirements and guidelines are implemented according to standards, internal policy and regulatory requirements.
- Training: Provide training and on-boarding to new employees relating to quality control procedures, standards, and best practices
- Shift Work: Can work in shift (either day or night) and also work overtime as and when needed
- Add. hoc Task: To take on additional assignments given by the superior
Your profile:
- Structured and exact working approach
- Malay & English skill (verbal & written)
- Team Work: To be a team player and work collaboratively and harmoniously with other team members
- Working Location: Able to travel to work (near West Port as the manufacturing plant is located in Pulau Indah, Klang, Selangor
- Qualification : Minimum Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia ( STPM )
- Fresh graduates ( STPM, Diploma or Degree holder ) are encouraged to apply
